This project explores a comprehensive packaging redesign for Casper, with a focus on translating the brand’s sleep-centered philosophy into a refined, tactile, and spatial packaging experience. Beyond visual identity, the project emphasizes packaging as a three-dimensional object—considering form, structure, and materiality as essential components of the design.

SOLUTION

A cohesive packaging system was developed through detailed exploration of layout, structure, and 3D form. The design balances soft, calming visuals with precise typographic hierarchy and intentional use of negative space. Structural decisions—such as proportions, opening mechanisms, and material finishes—were designed to enhance usability and elevate the unboxing experience.

The project incorporates 3D design and visualization to test scale, depth, and interaction, allowing the packaging to be refined as a physical object rather than a flat graphic. Subtle surface details, layered components, and consistent geometry work together to create a system that feels thoughtful, premium, and functionally intuitive.
