LE’NU is a packaging concept as a new product line for the brand “Longchamp.” Le Nu, which stands for “The Nude” in french, aims to bring in the focus of youth and texture from the company’s visual identity into this new skincare venture which targets youthful consumers and those looking for alternatives to what they already use every day.
The Brief
The project saw us designing a skincare packaging system based on a pre-existing brand, with the focus being to develop a new visual identity that is connected to the main brand while still being unique to its category. Alongside it, we would develop packaging, product models, and a full visual system that fell in line with the target audience of the product.
The Solution
To approach the brief, I analyzed packaging requirements for the products and average sizings for the skincare products. I then modified 3D models to fit the packaging system I saw best fit for the skincare line to fit what visuals it expressed. This then led to a visual identity that was made with intention for the products.
