Coppetto is an artisan Italian gelato brand from Mumbai, founded by Chef Nikhil Jain with a vision to bring authentic, fresh, handcrafted gelato and sorbets to India. Rooted in Italian techniques, the brand focuses on natural ingredients, avoiding artificial flavours and preservatives—making quality and authenticity central to its identity.

When Chef Nikhil approached us, the brief was clear: create packaging that feels premium and reflects Coppetto’s refined, artisanal essence. The challenge was to design a box that would elevate the brand’s chocolates while maintaining elegance, structure, and consistency.

We proposed a double-flap magnetic rigid box, offering a smooth, controlled opening experience. Inside, a kappa board with paper cavity was used to securely hold the chocolates, ensuring both protection and presentation. The structure was designed to feel solid yet refined, with clean edges, precise alignment, and a luxurious finish.

The result is packaging that doesn’t overpower the product, but quietly reinforces trust, craftsmanship, and premium quality—allowing Coppetto’s brand values to speak through structure, finish, and detail.
