Meal Prep by Amíu’s packaging features a unique shell-style opening mechanism secured with accent-colored safety seals. The design invites curiosity while seamlessly integrating a primary supplement bottle with a portable, reusable metal tin, that allows users to carry capsules throughout the day.

The unboxing reveals contents gradually, starting from the capsule-filled bottle. This step-by-step unboxing sequence creates curiosity while also guiding the user through the packaging architecture.

Inside the box, a dedicated compartment securely holds the reusable metal case. The case mirrors the material language of the rest of the packaging, featuring the same metallic finish used throughout the system, reinforcing the premium identity while providing a durable everyday accessory.

Meal Prep packaging was engineered for manufacturing efficiency. The structure is based on a fully foldable cardboard construction, which minimizes material waste while allowing the packaging to remain efficient to produce, transport, and store. Structural solutions were carefully optimized for production efficiency, enabling flat shipping, simplified assembly, and scalable manufacturing across future product lines while maintaining a premium visual quality.
