Brisalto Whisky

BRISALTO Tradewind 2012 is born on the shores of the Sound of Mull, Isle of Mull, Scotland, embodying the cool austerity and mineral character of a true island malt. Distilled in 2012 and matured for 14 years in ex-bourbon and coastal refill casks, it is slowly shaped by sea air and salt-laden winds. The palate reveals layers of sea salt, green apple, and toasted oak, followed by a gentle smokiness and a clean, dry finish. Non-chill filtered and natural in color, it preserves the authenticity of its maritime terroir and the quiet weight of time.
