Kolonel Coffee Roastery is a packaging system designed for a speciality coffee brand, built around creating consistency across a previously fragmented product range. The work focuses on establishing a clear visual structure that could unify multiple coffee lines under one recognisable identity.

The packaging system is anchored by the existing logo, with all other elements designed to support and extend it. A structured typographic hierarchy and modular layout system are used to organise product information across different variants, ensuring clarity and consistency at the shelf level.

Each coffee bag is designed with a restrained visual language, allowing product differentiation to be communicated through layout, colour coding, and type rather than illustrative decoration. This creates a system that is flexible across multiple origins and blends while maintaining a cohesive shelf presence.

The result is a packaging range that prioritises clarity, structure, and recognition, creating a unified system across the coffee line while preserving individuality between products.
