‘Rorsché’ is a limited-edition perfume packaging design that reflects my own personality, based on a fictional collaboration with the Vivienne Westwood brand. The name of the perfume is a play on the words ‘rose’ and ‘Rorschach’: the rose is one of my favourite scents, whilst the Rorschach patterns reflect my complex, multifaceted personality. The packaging is also a kind of grotesque joke at my own expense, for beyond the diversity the outside world perceives in me, my personality is dark, almost depressing, and harsh. Complex and multifaceted, yet elegant and feminine, just like the packaging itself. It has an exclusive feel, closes effortlessly thanks to the magnetic flaps, and continues to decorate your home even after the perfume has run out. The fold-out tabs on the side provide a more detailed insight into the essence of the perfume and help you discover the creator’s world.
