Villa del Colle

Villa del Colle is a wine label concept inspired by the landscapes, architecture, and traditional winemaking heritage of Italy.

The central illustration was created by hand, beginning with a detailed ink drawing of a hillside vineyard, historic Italian architecture, and cypress trees. The original line artwork was then developed into a watercolor illustration, preserving the expressive hand-drawn character while adding the warmth and atmosphere of the Italian countryside.

The label design combines this traditional illustration with elegant typography, heraldic details, and a warm natural color palette. The aged paper tones, deep wine-red accents, and subtle gold elements were chosen to communicate craftsmanship, heritage, and the premium character of the product.

The goal was to create a wine label that feels authentic and timeless — a design that tells a visual story before the bottle is even opened.

From ink to watercolor, every element was developed to connect traditional illustration with contemporary wine packaging.
