Project Description for “رغيفي” Brand

I had the pleasure of designing the  Logo & packaging for “رغيفي” , a contemporary Egyptian sandwich brand that brings the timeless flavors of hawawshi and kofta into a modern, nostalgic experience. Inspired by retro aesthetics and infused with the warmth of old Cairo, the design pays homage to the traditional taste of “أكل جدتي” while appealing to today’s dynamic food culture. The color palette draws from vintage textures and classic Egyptian street food imagery, creating an emotional connection with those who cherish authentic flavors and missed memories. Clean typography, subtle iconography, and a tactile finish enhance readability and brand authenticity, making every sandwich feel both familiar and fresh. This packaging was crafted to elevate the “رغيفي” brand identity—celebrating heritage, flavor, and storytelling through design.
