I'm Ellen and I'm a graphic designer and a multidisciplinary artist.
I had a regular life working in a lifestyle media until burnout and that's when I got a one-way ticket and went travelling with zero in my bank and volunteering. While meeting people from different corners of the world, with all kinds of backgrounds, and sharing experiences and emotional moments with them, I realised that we should never postpone trying that thing we always wanted to do, that's what we have life for.
Art has always been around, yet it is only accessible to my eyes, so art galleries have become a haven for me and my imagination. At the same time, I've always been fascinated by thoughtful yet beautiful graphic designs and illustrations, how they make our lives easier and how pleasing it is to see sophisticated colour combinations, lines and strokes.
Finally, in 2020 I dared to start with what I always wanted to do. I consider mediums my co-creators, be it paint, a graphic pad or sometimes Ableton.more..
