Plankton Tea

An immersion into the underwater world

This design aims to immerse the viewer in the natural habitat of plankton: the ocean floor.

A world inhabited by algae, microorganisms, and even a creature that feeds on them: the whale shark. This fish becomes a key element, integrated into the packaging, functioning both as a lid and a seal.

The visual elements are structured to directly highlight plankton as the main ingredient of the product, offering an original and innovative perspective on the world of infusions.

The iridescent blue paper draws us into the ocean, accompanied by an abundance of microscopic elements and the texture of whale shark skin, reproduced through silver foil stamping. In addition, die-cut algae layers overlap to enhance the sense of depth.

Naturally, innovation and uniqueness are also core design objectives for this packaging.

Plankton tea is an innovative and experimental proposal by La Tetera Azul.
