With Pulao Chuang’s meat balls and sausages, their ingredients are the onions and salted duck eggs from Checheng, a county in Pingtung city. This place is right well-known for the two ingredients. They taste good and good enough for you to tell they come from nowhere but Checheng. When we worked on the packaging, we tried hard to find out all the elements associated with Checheng. Old town, old map, aborigines, the peninsula in the southernmost Taiwan are all picked and put on the packaging. See, historically meaningful.
