In order to keep its competitive advantage, traditional Czech brand OTMA – manufacturer tomato products of excellent quality – has decided to expand the product portfolio of dressings, to meet needs of customers who want to enjoy their meal in a new way.
We knew, that there would be 4 dressings to design – Italian, French, Mexican and Thousand Island dressing. Each of them make meal more enjoyable, so we wanted to emphasize this experience too. We have designed a series of characters – mascots of the main ingredients of each dressing and arranged them in a playful way.
According to market research, packaging design of dressings OTMA attracts most people over competing brands dressings and thanks to characters are also more memorable.
