Bell’s Brewery identity and labels redesign
Bell’s Brewery, Inc. is a brewing company based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with a second brewery in Comstock, Michigan. Bell’s Brewery produces the Bell’s brand of beers. Bell’s also has a brewpub called the Eccentric Cafe.

Bell’s beer is currently distributed through a thirty state region, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. The states include Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Missouri, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, Florida, Virginia, Arizona, Georgia, Alabama, Iowa, South Carolina, Tennessee and New York.

Vector-based monochrome illustrations, 80’s stlye minimal gradient coloring and focused the fine and strong contrasts

  1. While the concept packaging design is visually interesting, it stripes away the heart and the soul that is captured with the current packaging of Bell's. I know this is a concept project, but the first part of user center design principles is to understand your audience, and your client. If this was a design project to show a concept, it has nice design. But if this was to create something that Bell's audience would buy, it fails miserably.

  2. Yea I agree but I disagree with your last sentence. A complete change of style for a brewery actually works most of time.
