The Olio Novello is the first batch of oil made from the year’s olive harvest. It is produced in limited quantities and contains natural sediments. A craftmanship honored with an artisanal label. Gridelli is a local italian deli in Gothenburg, Sweden. Bringing Italy closer to swedes.
