The search for a chef through the culture of “gaucho”, a very famous and beloved character from South America, a knight who races the cold plains, taking care of the cattle farms and responsible for the barbecue so different that it reaches Argentina, Uruguay and southern Brazil.

We created a character, Borges who represents the Gaucho model very well, a fearless one that broke the plains and pampas of the borders between Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay.

The products created by chef Edson Ogliary work with organic spices and salt from South South America, which makes them have a unique combination in their flavors. For this we seek not only a visual search for the graphic design details, but also a search of labeling and packaging to be able to use the product without losing its quality.
