Small Beer are the world’s first brewery specialising only in low ABV beer. Their mission is to help people enjoy the big moments whilst staying as crisp and fresh as their beer.

THE PROJECT
Founders James and Felix had a vision – small beer with big taste. They saw the universal hand sign for ‘small’ becoming owned by their brand and pioneering low ABV beer without compromising on taste.

THE JOURNEY
Working closely with James and Felix, we developed a highly detailed hand illustration (based on Felix’s brewing hand) that stood out against clean, bold colours, type and lines. This brand is contemporary and premium but the hand balances this with a personal, craft feel that reflects the attention to detail and incredible energy these two put into their beer.

THE OUTCOME
Small Beer is revolutionising the world of beer, winning Best New Launch at the Beer & Cider Marketing Awards. You can find them in Majestic and Wholefoods, as well as Michelin starred establishments such as Fera at Claridge’s.
