BrandMe create a special edition for Lucozade Sport featuring the England women’s football team.
To help gain support and momentum for the Lionesses during the FIFA Women’s World Cup, Lucozade Sport have featured two of the players on pack as part of a wider campaign for the Women’s England team.
BrandMe worked closely with Lucozade Sport to capture Captain Steph Houghton and forward Nikita Parris in their new kit, featured on the Raspberry and Orange flavour Lucozade Sport packaging.
The design intention was to capture the movement and passion of the players in their proudest moments, a testament to their drive and determination. These special editions were designed to be bold and motivating, whilst working in harmony with Lucozade Sport’s recent campaign #ThreeLionesses, which aims to inspire the nation to get behind the team this summer.
The graphic illustrations of Houghton and Parris joyfully celebrating captures their dynamism and energy. The overall pack is bursting with pride and excitement with the hope to convey the anticipation for each game.
Steph Houghton, added: “I’m delighted to feature on Lucozade Sport bottles this summer. It’s a drink I’ve used in preparation for and after matches for a long time. It’s great that they are investing and supporting the women’s game at different levels and it’s an exciting time to be part of women’s football.”
The special edition design is listed in supermarkets from June onwards, supported with the above the line TV campaign this summer.
