Fábio Yamada is a pastry chef who graduated from the French Gastronomy School Le Cordon Bleu, an educational institution considered one of the best in the world. He is a partner-owner of Atelier Fábio Yamada Pâtissier, a coffee and fine dessert shop specialized in French fine pastries with a Japanese touch.
Hachiko Branding Studio was chosen to produce a series of works such as brand reformulation, visual guidelines, product design, interior design, packaging, digital & press.
The packaging project was developed for a series of different products. From fine sweets, macarons, and savory croissants, to commercial products like honey, tea, and coffee.
