Baker’s Choice introduces their very own sea salt. By the traditional process of hand harvesting, they’ve made 100% pure and natural sea salt that provides an essence of freshness and purity. Baker’s Choice has been using this salt in all of their pastry and savory treats. As the Lead 2D Artist/Illustrator on this project, I decided to make the packaging design echo the deep sea beds filled with colorful corals and plants. The illustrations were first hand painted and then applied to the packaging, bringing a natural and authentic touch, drawing inspiration from the vibrant colors to the unique shapes and textures of The Great Barrier Reef.

The unconventional illustrations help the product overshadow the other brands in the market. For the material, they have used an aluminium tin, and inside the tin is a bag made of Burlap Jute that contains the salt.
