As befits herbal liqueurs, Krauter is a mix of a myriad of botanicals such as fragrant fir, galangal root, fruity curacao peel, sea buckthorn, centaury, bitter orange peel and peppery calamus root, ect. All liqueur ingredients are grown in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania state where the products manufactured, therefore, the label design primarily reflects the regional features with the green fields, the huge forests and the stormy Baltic Sea and also shows the character of the herbal drinks.
