PAO PAO: Chinese Bun Packaging & Branding Design Concept

Challenge: Pork bao buns are widely popular grab-and-go food. However, the packaging of most bao bun brands does not look as delightful as the buns themselves, devaluing its taste and attraction. Most people would think buns served hot in bamboo steamers in a restaurant are much more appetizing.

Idea: The bowl is designed to resemble a bamboo steamer with a print that makes it look like that. The plastic seal on top is printed with steaming bao buns picture, revealing the appetizing stuffing, and creating the image of steaming buns served in a restaurant.
