Thai Oil: Boardgame
Challenge: Thaioil Group is one of the top firms in Thailand, they have a big amount of staff and various generations. In order to connect their staff with their vision and mission to deliver the identity of Thaioil Group in their product and service. They defined their “Core Value” and “Brand Experience” to guide them to deliver the best service as a standard.
Idea: We design “core value” and “brand experience” blended with a daily routine. We need to mix the elements eg. Coaching, neuroscience, and intuition with boardgame in a mystique style. We designed a card stack inside that has a beyond-imagination picture that represents 6 secret chambers that lead to a hidden gem. For the outside box, we design a magic pentagon box that packs 6 colors of magic cards inside. To adapt to their daily staff routines such as brainstorming meetings to find a solution, interview, evaluation, or finding a new solution that comes with fun and enjoyment.
