Le vin d’Hermès

The design of the new red wine from Château Petit Oeneonas is inspired by the name Hermes, the name of the second child of the winemaking family of Evaggelos & Christiane Jardel Soufleros. The distinctive illustration depicts the winged god of Ancient Greece, the messenger and protector of commerce. In the label’s design, he holds an amphora of wine and conveys the message of the world’s intellect, as he is considered the first teacher of the human race. To enhance the visual storytelling of the label through touch, we added hot stamping of gold foil and raised screen printing varnish.
