Professor

Evangelos Soufleros, professor of oenology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, together with his French wife Christian, created the Château Petit Oeneonas.

Under his scientific care, ideal conditions are created in the Château’s cellar, for the maturation and aging of wines produced from French varieties in the Greek ecosystem.

Many oenologists studied under Professor Soufleros, and his knowledge is carried forward to the future of the Greek vineyard.

The wine “Professor,” his own creation, is visually expressed through a minimalist label design. The simple geometric appearance of the building, the linear depiction of the vineyard using only spot UV screen printing, and a seal printed with golden foil create a harmonious whole together with to the calligraphic typography of the name.
