SUZUNOYA – Canelé Package

SUZUNOYA is a newly established bakery brand, with its name “鈴” (Suzu) derived from the nickname “Angel’s Bell” given to the shape of a French pastry – the Canelé. Building upon the foundation of Canelé, SUZUNOYA slowly expands its baking repertoire, hoping to let people better appreciate the heavenly happiness that comes from baking.

This time, SUZUNOYA combines premium ingredients from around the world to inject new vitality into the classic French dessert of Canelé. The bakery uses vanilla from Tahiti, Matcha from Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan, and collaborates with local tea farmers in Taiwan to develop a new flavor using No.18 Taiwan tea – Yuchi Township’s Ruby Red Tea. In terms of packaging design, the combination of climate and ingredients is employed to sprinkle the happiness flavor on the crispy outer layer of the Madeleine, accompanied by a soft and delicately fragrant interior with a hint of lime liqueur. This results in a completely satisfying experience that elevates its flavors to the top.
