“Initial” is the second album by Spectro 7, following the concept of the Five Elements from their debut album. This time, they extend the theme to the “Fire Element” and invite the members’ parents to contribute their voices. The design and production combine the intentions of both the band and their parents, with the narrative centered around the concept of a “torch of inheritance.” While carrying the memories of their families, the album also ignites the essence of Taiwanese music on a global stage.

The main visual design metaphorically represents the torch as a symbol of passion for music. It combines the flames with musical instruments, using an African Djembe drum as the base, creating an eruption of fire. The sky is colored with burning clouds, while the steep mountain walls on both sides are shaped by the baptism of their respective cultures, forming fiery and rugged cliffs. Gradually, the hidden musical instruments emerge, ultimately converging on a corridor formed by a curved harp’s shaft. This guides people to raise their inner torches and venture toward the ethereal world created by passionate musicians.
