Stone House

ABOUT
Constantinou Winery is located in the village of Pera Pedi, on the outskirts of the Limassol District in Cyprus. It was founded in 1992 by Costas Constantinou.

The first harvest took place in a small stone-built house. As the building had no cellar, the wines were stored in different room-sized refrigerators, originally used for fruit storage in earlier days.

Today, this stone house remains a powerful symbol in the family’s collective imagination and heritage.

SOLUTION
To communicate the winery’s core values, the design draws inspiration from the first house where the story began. The house represents family, craftsmanship, and things made with passion and care, while the stone symbolizes stability, security, and the endurance of a legacy passed down through generations.

The label reflects the rough texture of the house’s stone walls, featuring a window through which Constantinou can be seen working and producing the wine. The roof, protecting both the family and the wine from the elements, serves not only as an emotional symbol but also as a strong, eye-catching communication element.
