GIMME is a Brazilian bakery and snack brand created for the Canadian market. The project was developed around one of the most recognizable icons of Brazilian street food culture: the coxinha.
The visual identity draws inspiration from the distinctive teardrop silhouette of the coxinha, transforming it into the foundation of the brand system. The curves of the logotype reinterpret this shape, creating a custom wordmark that feels approachable, memorable and instantly connected to the product.
The graphic language expands this concept through a series of simple geometric elements derived from the same form. These shapes are used across packaging, patterns and communication materials, creating a cohesive system that remains flexible across different touchpoints.
The color palette was designed to communicate warmth, appetite and cultural vibrancy while maintaining a clean and contemporary appearance. The balance between expressive graphics and minimal layouts helps position the brand as both accessible and quality-driven.
The result is a visual identity that celebrates Brazilian food culture through a simple, recognizable and scalable design system, allowing GIMME to stand out within the Canadian food and bakery market.
