Brazilian Woods – Casa Forte Alambique
Casa Forte represents the 4th generation in the tradition of producing cachaça in copper stills. Among the packaging projects we have developed, we highlight the Aged Cachaças Line – Brazilian Woods, a strong and assertive project of which we are very proud.
We developed an attractive and impactful identity for the packaging of the Aged Cachaças Line – Brazilian Woods, aiming to elevate the perception of the Casa Forte brand. The line is composed of two products, Amburana and Bálsamo, both aged in barrels made from Brazilian woods, ensuring a refined and sophisticated aroma and flavor.
We built the identity of the line by exploring the technical characteristics of the products and attributes related to the brand’s personality. The classic elements used in the label composition convey Casa Forte’s tradition and reinforce its production methods, such as the use of wild yeasts and the maturation of cachaça in copper stills. The colors used allude to the tones of the woods and give the product an aged appearance, which connects directly with the classic typographic choices, representing the pioneering spirit of the Spézia Family and their more than 70 years of experience in cachaça production.
Seeking to make the labels even more authentic, we explored the fermentation process used in the production of the cachaças. Through the representation of the horse and its meanings, we reinforced the product’s differentiating attribute: wild yeast — primitive, unpredictable, and mysterious.
