BC Lions BBQ Sauce

The BC Lions teamed up with chef Ann Kirsebom to launch a Tequila-Citrus BBQ Sauce for the 2011 season. I had the opportunity to design the label for the BBQ Sauce. The label needed to carry over the BC Lions brand, so it was designed using mainly the BC Lions orange with a grayscale charcoal background. I bought some oranges, peeled and photo shot them to resemble a “Q” to tie in the citrus flavour.
