Aaharyo is a meticulously curated Packaging Design Project focused on addressing issues of nutrition and poor diet. Drawing inspiration from the rich cultural heritage of India, the Well-Being Kit incorporates the principles of Ayurveda, particularly the concept of the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. This kit features three packs of laddoos, each tailored to one of the Ayurvedic doshas, with carefully selected ingredients to align with Vata, Pitta, and Kapha balances.

Age: 25-50 years old

Education: Varied educational backgrounds, ranging from high school graduates to postgraduates
