Sunday Script

Sunday Script is a UK-based copywriting studio for brands that speak in headlines. This speculative rebranding project was developed as part of a creative challenge by Brief Club. The brief asked for a logo, business card, and optional brand extensions—and Sunday Script’s literary flair, paired with a slight irreverence, offered fertile ground for bold, editorial identity work.

The idea was to build a visual system that feels like it belongs to a writer’s desk—full of metaphors, unsent messages, and punchlines that hit late. The brand voice is witty, sharp, and self-aware—so the identity needed to feel equally precise, but with enough looseness to hint at the creative chaos behind the craft.

What sets this project apart is its hybrid aesthetic—part newsroom, part writer’s room. While rooted in editorial formality, it’s laced with copy-driven whimsy. Every asset contains a language-driven Easter egg, whether it’s a filing folder marked “Maps With No Roads” or a chair that simply reads, “For those who write between the lines.”

More than a rebrand, Sunday Script’s identity becomes a statement on the craft of copywriting itself: Ink. Pause. Repeat.
