Série Ímpar Sercialinho 2017 was born from the inspiration of António Braga, Sogrape’s winemaker that answered to the challenge launched by the company’s president, Fernando da Cunha Guedes, to his oenology team.

The innovative project aims the creation of original, special and unique wines, which only have to obey one rule: to be originate from Portugal. Série Ímpar can be white, red or rosé, still or sparkling; it can include author wines or co-creations; it can be from any wine-growing region, from a varietal or from a singular plot, without limits to imagination.

The Portuguese agency Omdesign was responsible for the ultra minimalist image adopted. Original and unique, this is the first episode of this series, a white wine unparalleled that is born from the mastery of the oenologist and from the unique aromatic character of the Sercialinho grape varietal, typical of Bairrada.

Omdesign developed two packages, of 1 and 3 bottles, produced in wood and cardboard, as well as the brochure which explains all the concept of this project, amongst other communication materials.

It is an exclusive edition of inspirational wines, with 2.030 numbered bottles, that will have new chapters, always with the quality stamp of the Sogrape’s oenology team, that will decide to raise it to a Série Ímpar whenever a wine deserves its statute, in which each launching is a true surprise.

What’s Unique?
The image is clean, reinforcing the exclusivity and the “premiumness” of these wines that stand out for their simplicity.
