Black Sheep beer

This design was proposed for the competition. The Black Sheep is a new product of the Volkovskaya brewery. This beer is aged in Jameson whiskey barrels. One of the conditions of the brief was to avoid the literary image of animals on the label. (The brewery logo depicts the head of a wolf.)

What’s Unique?
This design is based on lettering. The brand block is an inscription repeating the shape and curls of sheep’s wool. Thus, the literary image of a black sheep was avoided. The created design of beer in a dark bottle and a unique shape of the label attracts attention and stands out on the shelf.
