Dominik Held Wines

Dominik Held: A name you’ve definitely heard in the young wine scene of Germany. Biodynamic creation process, hand harvest in the vineyards, spontaneous fermentation and work in the cellar. Dominik’s natural wines are the epitome of a natural and individual cycle. And it was precisely this unique character of 7 different wines that needed to be united in a holistic branding.

Inspired by the natural creation process of the natural wines, we conceived the label design for the entry of the “Dominik Held 2021 vintages”. The complexity of the wine varieties is picked up in the design, abstracted and put into a new context with typography and color. This results in the concept of “circulation.” Dominik’s mission is conveyed through the labels as well as through the figurative mark, the never-ending “Dominik Held” cycle.
