Ourania mElodie

Ourania-Elodie is the young oenologist who created this rosé wine, her first personal creation at the family Chateau “Petit Oineonas”.  She studied, like many other oenologists in Greece, with her father, Dr. Evangelos Soufleros, professor of enology at Aristotle University.

This wine is a dedication to her two grandmothers, the Greek Ourania and the French Elodie from Bordeaux, where Ourania-Elodie obtained her master’s degree. The illustration of a pink and red flower bouquet on the label, adorned with gold foil details, rhythmically unravels like a melody of her childhood memories.
