The project involves the creation of traditional Chinese color-themed cashmere scarves in collaboration with Sam’s Club. These scarves are produced by the Oriental art cashmere brand LINGHE, in partnership with Guo Hao. The scarves are designed exclusively for Sam’s Club members in China and come in three color options:
1. Vermilion Flush & Brocade:
Vermilion Flush: Inspired by the description in “Chu Qun, Summoning Souls,” symbolizing a beautiful complexion when intoxicated. Brocade: Derived from the falling of yellow leaves, representing the traditional color formation process in China.
2. Imperial Consort Yang Red & Creamy White:
Imperial Consort Yang Red: Originating from a mineral color made from pink curtain stones, representing a purplish-red shade. Creamy White: Inspired by the color of white dew, symbolizing pure white achieved through washing with water from the Huaqing Pool.
3. Moon White Blue & Creamy White:
Moon White Blue: Named after its resemblance to moonlight, representing the serene color of moonlight. Creamy White: Inspired by the color of white dew, symbolizing pure white achieved through washing with water from the Huaqing Pool. These scarves embody traditional Chinese cultural elements, reflecting the brand’s commitment to Oriental art and presenting a unique and charming collection for Sam’s Club members.
