Born on the Greek island of Astypalea, in the heart of the Aegean Sea, 8 Mills Beer brings a taste that connects generations, offering a unique drinking experience.

The island’s eight mills are a well-known symbol and a favorite spot for both locals and visitors. For centuries, people on Astypalea have used these mills to grind their crops, keeping their traditions alive.

For the label design, the goal was to show the brewery’s connection to its roots while highlighting its modern and creative side. MILK Branding Professionals created a design that honors the island’s history and its craft.

The design is inspired by the traditional eight-winged mill, which ties directly to the brewery’s name. The wings are made to look like wheat, linking the design to the story of Astypalea’s mills and the main ingredient of beer: grain.

With a label that tells a story of tradition and inspiration, and a nod to the ever-changing sea around Astypalea, 8 Mills Beer invites you to imagine endless possibilities under the open sky. It’s more than a beer—it’s a celebration of the island’s heritage and spirit.
