The Instant Fresh Air blister-pack line was developed for premium odor eliminators and air fresheners intended for high-traffic retail environments—such as grocery stores, convenience stores, and automotive retailers. This format was designed specifically to meet the needs of physical retailers who favor blister packaging for its convenience, visibility, and theft prevention, while still reflecting the brand’s commitment to luxury and performance. The products in this line include Car Air, Car Spill, Benair, and Smoke Odor Eliminator.
SOLUTION
To elevate the traditional blister format, we crafted a 1.35 oz (40 ml) conical PVC bottle topped with a black matte pump sprayer—lending the product a refined silhouette and tactile elegance. The bottle’s shape is consistent with the premium identity of the brand and helps it stand out in a sea of mass-market air care options.
Each product label is printed on vinyl with sophisticated finishes: foil accents, embossing, raised spot UV, and a soft-touch film liner. These materials and techniques, typically reserved for luxury cosmetics, bring a multi-sensory, upscale experience to a format usually seen as purely functional.
The backing card of the blister was designed with elliptical side cuts—an intentional break from the standard rectangular look. This subtle yet elegant contour echoes the elliptical detailing found in the rest of the brand’s packaging range, helping to create a cohesive brand language across product lines. The card is printed on premium board using the same high-end finishes as the labels—foil, embossing, raised spot UV, and a soft-touch film lining. The foil color used matches the sprayer and label details, tying the full presentation together.
To support merchandising at retail, a custom-designed cardboard display case holds 16 units, making it easy for stores to showcase the full line while maintaining visual impact and order.
