Clothes Freshener by Instant Fresh Fabric is a premium line of fabric sprays designed to refresh garments with sophisticated fragrance between washes. Offered in Women’s, Men’s, and Unisex versions, the line caters to consumers who value elegance, cleanliness, and well-being in their daily routine. This packaging was designed to elevate the perception of fabric sprays—transforming them from purely functional products into beautifully crafted objects meant to be displayed and enjoyed.

SOLUTION

To express refinement and individuality, we developed a custom 6.76 oz (200 ml) conical poly bottle, evoking the timeless silhouettes once used in vintage toiletries. Its unique shape enhances shelf presence and provides ergonomic handling. The poly pump sprayer features a metallic finish reminiscent of high-end cosmetics, offering a luxurious visual and tactile contrast to the bottle’s softness.

Labels are printed on a metallic-finish substrate and treated with a frosted UV coating that adds subtle texture and diffused shine. Each fragrance version features carefully chosen colors and typographic accents that reflect its olfactory identity—whether feminine, masculine, or balanced.

To encase the bottle, we designed a truncated pyramid box (frustum) that follows the lines of the conical form, ensuring both stability and visual harmony. The box is printed on metallic-finish board and finished with the same frosted UV treatment as the labels, creating a unified sensory experience. Elliptical side details echo the curves of the brand’s logo, reinforcing its identity while adding dimensionality to the packaging architecture.

The front of the box features a large panel where the main product benefit is prominently communicated, along with supporting claims that give consumers immediate confidence in the product’s performance. The visual appeal is not only elegant but also practical—inviting consumers to treat this fabric spray as part of their personal fragrance ritual.

The bottle and box structure required precision in both form and finish. Due to the complexity of the conical bottle and frustum box, we collaborated with machinery manufacturers to develop a reliable automation process that could deliver premium quality at scale.
