When we started this packaging project, I began by understanding the key selling points of the product and how it would work once consumed. Then I gathered all the information for research on what the design should reflect.
Once all the design elements were understood and framed, we took the time to work on the image and shade nuances, focusing on what patients are looking for most as well as the appeal to be a pure OTC.
The overall visual effect of the packaging gives the consumer a sense of alertness, modernity and immediacy.
