CLIENT Ramadevi Foods, founded by Rama Devi in 1997, is a cherished family business known for its authentic South Indian pickles and podis. What began as a means for financial independence quickly became a beloved local enterprise in Proddatur. Over the years, the business has been led by three generations of women, each contributing to its growth and innovation. Today, Ramadevi Foods is FSSAI certified, offering preservative-free, homemade delicacies that connect generations with the timeless flavors of traditional recipes. CHALLENGE Ramadevi Foods approached us with the need to refresh their brand identity to better align with their expanding market presence. The challenge was to create a design system that honors the legacy of the brand while appealing to modern consumers. The goal was to preserve the essence of tradition, rooted in family recipes and generations of craftsmanship, while introducing a contemporary edge that reflects the brand’s evolution.
SOLUTIONS Collaborating closely with the family, we crafted a visual identity that seamlessly blends the old with the new. The logo and color palette—featuring turmeric yellow, deep reds, and earthy greens—reflect the warmth and authenticity of their products. The packaging design features intricate patterns reminiscent of traditional textiles, reinforcing the connection to cultural heritage.
