Mac’s

In working with Finger Lakes Distilling on branding at marketing, we were asked to work on their well line of spirits.

The team wanted this to feel approachable but still have a higher quality than other rail or well liquors. The name Mac’s was given to us by the FLD team. We explored many avenues knowing that there would be whiskey but also gin and or vodkas down the line.

This line would mainly be used for bars so the criteria was a bit different than just the average shelf pop. Being in a well we had to take into account the fact that a bartender or mixologist is working quickly and would need to be able to spot and grab the right product with ease. Moreover, when it came to the printing, we needed to make sure that the substrate was strong enough to handle any sort of water.
