Fit & Strong | Packaging Design

Fit & Strong is Evolution Advance Nutrition’s premium whey protein, developed to support muscle growth, recovery, and an active lifestyle. As a new addition to the brand’s product portfolio, the challenge was to create a packaging system that communicated strength and performance while remaining consistent with Evolution’s established visual identity.

The project introduced a more sustainable flexible pouch to replace the previous rigid plastic container, significantly reducing material usage while improving storage and transportation efficiency. To preserve the brand’s recognizable shelf presence, the signature metallic finish was retained and reinterpreted in a vibrant electric blue, reinforcing the product’s premium positioning.

The visual system was designed around a clean information hierarchy, making key nutritional benefits easy to identify at a glance. Large flavor illustrations and color-coded accents provide immediate differentiation between variants while maintaining a cohesive family look across the range.

The packaging was developed for both 1 lb and 2 lb formats and is currently available in Vanilla Ice-Cream and Chocolate Milkshake flavors.
