Originally from India, I moved to Canada to study Interactive Media Management, stepping out of my comfort zone to deepen my understanding of human-centered design. This journey has shaped how I approach design—blending cultural insights, challenging conventions, and always asking why. Why does this design work? How does it impact people on a deeper level?
My career began in visual merchandising and retail management, where I developed a unique perspective on how visuals influence behavior. Transitioning into graphic design and illustration, I’ve channeled that understanding into creating designs that tell compelling stories. Freelancing has allowed me to collaborate with clients worldwide, expanding my horizons and showing me how design connects people across borders.
Recently, I’ve discovered a love for writing, launching my blog, Girl With Big Red Pants, where I explore design, psychology, and human nature through storytelling. Sketching and writing have become my creative outlets, much like reading personal narratives—something I deeply enjoy. As Haruki Murakami said, “If you only read the books that everyone else is reading, you can only think what everyone else is thinking.”
I’m passionate about creating designs that resonate, spark conversations, and solve real-world problems. Whether it’s branding, UI/UX, or storytelling through visuals, I strive to bring a fresh perspective to every project.more..
