The inspiration for this mooncake gift box comes from the renowned ancient Chinese painter Bada Shanren (八大山人). Famous for his distinctive ink wash paintings, Bada Shanren’s minimalist brushstrokes convey profound strength and emotion. The animals in his works often display whimsical, almost human-like expressions—charming and deeply moving—reflecting his rare spirit of rebellion in Chinese art history.
