While the sun was setting, colouring the clouds rose in the sky, rose wine reflexions coming out of four glasses played the game of light and shade on the white table cloth. Fresh roast red mullet accompanied the first tasting of new season wine of the Ampelou Chora by its four (4) founders. In a strange and wonderful moment, one of them said the phrase, this taste is good
enough for kings and while all the rest agreed, a little of wine spilled out of a glass and painted on the white table cloth the shape of a fish. That magic instant was reproduced on the label naming the wine: «For Kings.
