Eleology

Eleology is a collaboration between farmers, academics, and businesses, supporting Greek olive farmers through sustainable practices and innovation. Partnering with the University of West Attica, it strengthens local communities while setting a benchmark for ecological olive oil production.

The packaging reflects the soul of Greece—its light, traditions, and people. Inspired by the interplay of light and shadow, the design features the shadow of an olive branch, a poetic presence through absence. The textured box evokes whitewashed village walls, while the bottle’s minimalist form celebrates purity. Each drop supports the land and its people, honouring sustainability, tradition, and community.
