Hopar – Cartoon Playing Cards

Hopar Playing Cards is a cartoon-themed 52-card deck built around a single expressive character with multiple moods and reactions. Each card features playful illustrations that add humor and personality while keeping the layout clean and easy to read.

The packaging follows the same visual direction: soft neutral tones, rounded shapes, and bold yet simple typography. The tuck box highlights the main character on the front, with suit symbols placed on the sides for quick recognition. The back includes essential product information arranged in a minimal layout.

This project was developed as a conceptual design exploration and is not a commercially produced product. It was created to experiment with character-driven packaging and cohesive visual storytelling.

In addition to the deck, a series of matching stickers was created using the same illustrations, allowing the character to live beyond the cards. The overall concept combines functionality with personality, making it suitable for game nights as well as collectors who appreciate illustrated products.
